Qualification

Diploma or B.E. in
Mechanical Engineering
or a related field.

Experience

Fresher / Minimum
1 year
of experience in
HVAC, Cleanroom, or Industrial Sales
(preferred).
Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills may also be considered (optionaldelete if not needed).

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through market research, customer visits, and networking.
Interact with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare and present technical quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
Work closely with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure closure.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from inquiry to order finalization.
Provide basic technical support, product clarification, and post-sale follow-up.

Key Skills

Strong client interaction and relationship-building skills.
Good technical understanding (preferably in HVAC, Cleanroom, or Industrial systems).
Ability to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Lead generation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additional Requirements (optional)

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Valid driving license (if required).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
