Job Description

As a Sales Engineer/Sr. Sales Engineer for Bearing Products in the Industrial Sales sector, your primary responsibility will be to manage specific customer accounts, focusing on sales, planning, business development, and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers. Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, generating leads according to the strategic plan, promoting brands, converting leads into sales, handling post-sales services, managing client relationships, and developing direct and indirect customer relationships for Ball & Roller bearings. You will be required to implement marketing and sales plans to meet objectives, monitor sales performance and market conditions, communicate value propositions effectively to customers, identify new business opportunities and strategies, collaborate with engineers and managers to enhance customer satisfaction, manage customer accounts, and support business growth. Additionally, you will participate in customer projects, enhance business efficiency, and provide monthly reports to management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience, a B.E. in Mechanical/Production (MBA preferred), and be located in Pune, Ahmedabad, or Kolkata.
