Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Technical Sales Engineer to promote and sell advanced engineering solutions, including casting simulation software, 3D scanners, and pattern-making technologies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical products and customer needs, helping foundries and manufacturing clients improve their processes through technology. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients in the casting and manufacturing industries Conduct product presentations, technical demos, and solution-based consultations Build and manage relationships with foundries, OEMs, and pattern shops Understand client requirements and propose suitable software/hardware solutions Coordinate with technical teams for simulation trials and customer support Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-ups to close sales Attend trade shows, expos, and site visits across India Provide post-sales technical guidance and customer satisfaction support Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in foundry or CAD/CAM/CAE domain Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical users Willingness to travel across India Knowledge of casting processes, simulation software, or 3D scanning is a plus What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology in casting and manufacturing Hands-on training and career growth path Exposure to domestic and international tools and solutions To Apply: Send your resume and cover letter to Imran.khan@techgrwosolutions.in with the subject "Application – Technical Sales Engineer".
