The role includes managing key accounts, building relationships with OEMs, and ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating technical support and timely delivery of customized energy storage solutions for automotive and industrial applications. Ideal candidates should have strong sales acumen, technical understanding of lithium battery technology, and proven experience in the industry. You will initiate and lead the sales conversation for new inbound leads/ prospective customers Strategies and work to achieve team & individual business goals Grow revenue & gain market share in the Lithium Battery Business Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers & account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Automotive OEMs Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Coordinate customer service and technical support teams to support customers Provide regular sales forecasts & reports
