Technical Sales Engineer

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Sales Engineers from Tamil Nadu who are passionate about sales and customer interaction. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, strong communication skills in Tamil, and a positive attitude. The role involves extensive travel within the assigned region in Tamil Nadu, building strong customer relationships, and delivering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective clients within the Tamil Nadu region.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Conduct site visits, product demos, and follow-ups for lead conversion.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and reporting metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Accounts, Dispatch) to fulfill customer requirements.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with passion for sales are encouraged to apply).
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in Tamil (native speaker). English or Hindi is an added advantage.
• Other Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, especially in customer interaction.
• Positive attitude with a hunger for career growth.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and sales cycle.
