For more information, please visit www.greenpebbletech.com Job Summary We are seeking a technically sound, business-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to support our growing industrial water treatment portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting membrane and filtration systems, chemicals, and packaged treatment units, and providing pre- and post-sales technical guidance. Key Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and technical presentations to support solution selling Understand customer pain points, design basic treatment flow schemes, and coordinate with the engineering team for proposals Drive sales of membranes, pre-treatment filters, speciality chemicals, and modular packaged units Generate and manage leads through CRM tools; maintain a healthy sales pipeline Support clients through trials, pilot studies, and performance studies Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, delivery, and service support Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ offerings Candidate Profile Minimum qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or MBR with relevant work experience 1 to 5 years of technical sales or application engineering experience in water treatment or process equipment Good understanding of membrane technologies (UF, NF, RO), industrial filtration systems, and water chemistry Strong communication skills in English and Hindi High energy, self-motivated, and able to work independently Willingness to travel frequently across regions What We Offer Opportunity to work in a purpose-driven, innovation-focused company Hands-on learning in sustainable technologies and clean manufacturing Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Supportive and transparent leadership team To Apply: Email your updated CV and a short cover note to job@greenpebbletech.com This position is strictly office-based, so offline or remote work candidates will not be accepted.
