Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing technical sales support, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. The candidate will collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction, present technical demonstrations, and drive business development by nurturing client relationships and generating leads.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to understand and deliver customer-focused solutions
• Strong Sales and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and convey technical concepts
• Experience in providing Technical Support to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical and sales-related challenges effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in the industrial networking domain is a plus
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and build lasting client relationships
• Pre-Sales and post-sales support to provide Industrial customers.
