• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media ecosystems (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, niche forums)
• Excellent research and analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience in trend analysis and digital community engagement
• Creative mindset for identifying viral opportunities and cultural moments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
