Description
Role & responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators. Partner with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop hiring plans. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Optimize use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.) and provide regular reporting to leadership. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities. Drive diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). 58 years of progressive experience in recruitment, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent strategy, and employer branding. Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting. Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
