Job Overview:

As an IT Recruiter (Domestic Hiring), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various technical roles within India. The role demands strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of technology, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and software development positions (e.g., Developers, QA Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, etc.)
  • Understand detailed job descriptions and required technical skill sets from hiring managers
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and social media platforms
  • Conduct preliminary screening to assess technical skills, experience, and communication abilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate data, recruitment trackers, and dashboards
  • Ensure timely feedback, effective follow-ups, and a smooth candidate experience
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and future requirements
  • Support offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of software technologies and IT roles
  • Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong ownership, detail orientation, and result driven approach

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for product-based or IT services companies
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks (Java, Python, .NET, React, Node.js, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Ability to handle both volume and niche technical hiring
