Technical Recruiter

Job Title: Recruiter - Tech & Product Hiring (Male candidates only)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and product roles (Engineering, Data, Product
  Management, etc.)
• Source and attract top talent using multiple channels for job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring updates.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-4 years of experience in tech and product recruitment (preferably in a product-based company or fast-paced startup).
• Strong understanding of technology stacks, product functions, and hiring dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc)is a must.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
