Job Title:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Recruiter to support our hiring needs for UK-based clients.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for IT and technical positions, along with strong communication

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple domains (IT, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, etc.).
Source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and database accuracy.

Qualifications

3 - 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with exposure to UK or international hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and screening skills using multiple platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Willingness to work in the UK Shift (Afternoon to Late Evening IST).
