Key Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from requirement gathering to offer closure.
• Partner with clients to understand role requirements and market nuances.
• Build and manage pipelines of talent in cybersecurity, AI, solution architecture, cloud, and other emerging tech areas.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, niche platforms, communities, and private networks).
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for niche role assessments when required.
• Maintain a high standard of candidate and client experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an 

  agency environment

  .
• Proven track record of hiring for 

  emerging tech roles

   such as cybersecurity, AI, solution architecture, data engineering, or cloud.
• Experience hiring for 

  UAE or GCC markets

   is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
