Job Summary

We are looking foe Domestic IT recruiter to join our dynamic team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end to end IT Recruitment for domestic clients, understanding job requirement to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals.
• Screen, evaluate and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interview between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and ensure timely closure of offers.
• maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Stay updated with the latest in the IT job market and recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or a related field.
• Must have 1 year of experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and Technology.
