Role & responsibilities Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA) Experience: 3+ years in Search / RPO Firms OR We are open to hiring quick learners who possess excellent communication skills and have strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space. Preferred candidate profile Excellent Written and Oral Communication (Must Have) Should have end-to-end recruitment experience. Should have experience in hiring for Niche IT skills like - SAP, Sailpoint, Devops, Kenan, etc. (Must Have) Stakeholder Management experience Mid-Senior level, Global. Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage (Must Have) Head Hunting Skills (Must have) Positive attitude towards work (Must Have) Ability and willingness to keep oneself updated of various developments in non-IT industry & latest technologies (Must Have) Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent. High target and delivery orientation (Must Have) Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS), and Boolean/advanced searches (Must Have)
