Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for
technical roles
including
SAP

Salesforce
,
Java
,
Python
,
Frontend/Backend Developers
, and more
Source and screen candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communications
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reporting metrics
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and clients

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in
IT/Technical recruitment
Strong experience in hiring for
SAP (functional & technical)
