Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand IT job requirements from clients.
Source candidates via Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Verify visa status (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.) and work authorization.
Submit qualified profiles to clients and coordinate interviews.
Negotiate rates (W2/C2C/1099) and finalize offers.
Manage onboarding and maintain candidate records.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets (submissions, interviews).
