We’re Hiring: IT Recruiter (2–4 Years Experience)

We’re Recruitfy — a remote recruitment agency that works with fast-growing startups and companies across industries. We're looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who’s worked in a recruitment agency before and knows how tech hiring works — from decoding JDs to closing offers.

What you’ll do:

• Handle end-to-end hiring for tech roles (mostly developers and engineers).
• Understand what clients want — even when they don’t say it out loud.
• Actively source candidates (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals — wherever they are).
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and basically keep the whole process moving.
• Keep everything well-tracked and organized — we love clean trackers!

What we’re looking for:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT hiring (agency background preferred).
• Someone who knows how to hustle and loves being part of a fast-moving team.
• You're a strong communicator and don’t need chasing — you chase us.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
