Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and client management.
In-depth knowledge and experience with
passive and active sourcing techniques

Expertise in working with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
, including managing candidate pipelines and reports.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
