Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting:

  Manage the entire hiring process for technical roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, and Data Architects.

• Sourcing Strategy:

  Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.

• Stakeholder Partnership:

  Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines.

• Candidate Experience:

  Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a transparent, high-touch, and positive experience, regardless of the outcome.

• Technical Screening:

  Conduct initial phone screens to assess both technical competence and cultural alignment.

• Offer Management:

  Lead the negotiation and closing process, working with Finance and HR to ensure competitive and equitable offers.

• Data Integrity:

  Maintain a clean and organized ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:

  [25+] years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.

• Tech Fluency:

  A strong understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS, Kubernetes) and the ability to explain complex technical roles.

• Sourcing Mastery:

  Proven track record of finding needles in haystacks using advanced Boolean strings and creative outreach methods.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can craft cold emails that actually get replies.

• Organization:

  Ability to manage 10+ open requisitions simultaneously without letting candidates slip through the cracks.
