Key Job Specifications & Responsibilities

• Partner proactively with

  global stakeholders

  to understand hiring needs, role requirements, team culture, technology stack, and priorities.
• Source and engage high-calibre technical talent globally using diverse sourcing strategies
• Screen and assess candidates effectively: evaluate technical skills, communication ability, experience with product-led companies or high-growth environments, fit for a global culture, remote/distributed team capability.
• Manage candidate pipeline, maintain accurate records in ATS, track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Draft and post compelling job descriptions tailored to technology/product roles; work closely with employer-brand and marketing teams to position as an employer of choice in tech talent markets.
• Facilitate offer negotiation, candidate closing and onboarding hand-off in coordination with HR/Global Talent Acquisition operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in technical recruitment within tech/product firms or agencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at engaging technical and senior stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing channel expertise
• Experience managing global, remote hiring across time zones.
• Skilled in ATS usage, recruiting analytics, and process improvement.
• Strong relationship management and candidate experience focus.
