Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 6:00PM to 3:30AM IST

Experience: 0–1 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as US IT Recruiters (Freshers). This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in the field of technical recruitment for the US market. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for IT positions in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand IT and Non IT job requirements from US clients.

Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).

Conduct initial screening (phone/video) to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit.

Submit qualified candidates to the account managers or clients.

Coordinate interviews and follow up on the candidate's status.

Maintain and update candidate database (ATS).

Work closely with the team to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.

Maintain professional relationships with candidates and consultants.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Willingness to work in the US time zone (night shift).

Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of recruitment tools and databases is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline – B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, etc.)
