Job Purpose

The Technical Recruiter Civil & MEP Trades is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing recruitment drives across various regions of India to source skilled manpower for Civil and MEP trade categories. The role involves hiring skilled workers such as Carpenters, Masons, Steel Fixers, Electricians, Plumbers, Ductmen, Pipe Fitters, AC Technicians, and related skilled trades. The position requires coordination with overseas recruitment agencies, candidate assessment, and supporting administrative activities related to mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Plan and conduct recruitment trips across different regions in India for sourcing skilled Civil and MEP trade workers.
  • Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for Civil trades (Carpenter, Mason, Steel Fixer, General Civil Workers) and MEP trades (Electrician, Plumber, Pipe Fitter, Ductman, AC Technician).
  • Coordinate trade tests, skill assessments, and interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Collaborate with overseas recruitment agencies for candidate evaluations and project-specific hiring.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, selection reports, and travel logs.
  • Prepare timely recruitment reports, trade-wise selection summaries, and documentation related to mobilization.
  • Ensure candidate databases are updated and maintained for future manpower planning.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment targets are met within defined timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Verify candidate skill levels through structured evaluations and trade testing standards.
  • Align all recruitment processes with company requirements and project manpower needs.

Administrative & Logistical Support

  • Support travel arrangements, scheduling, and logistics during recruitment drives.
  • Assist in documentation and administrative tasks related to overseas mobilization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of field recruitment activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or ITI in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment or manpower sourcing for Civil and/or MEP trades.
  • Strong understanding of Civil and MEP construction trades, skill testing methods, and trade-specific requirements.
  • Experience in large-scale recruitment drives, field hiring, or construction manpower sourcing is preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively across India for recruitment campaigns.
