Role Overview

Technical Recruiter

What You’ll Do

Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Source, engage, and assess top technical talent across domains such as software development, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, and QA.
Build and manage candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and more).
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.
Ensure a great candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for AmpUp and our clients.
Stay on top of emerging technology trends to engage with candidates confidently and credibly.
Bring a sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability to every search.

What You Bring

2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
A fair understanding of technical terms and current industry trends.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A go-getter mindset — persistent, curious, resourceful, and energized by challenges.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and thrive in a performance-driven culture.
