Andor Tech India Pvt Ltd is a growing recruitment and staffing organization specializing in both IT and Non-IT hiring across industries. We are looking for passionate recruiters to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions in Domestic Recruitement
  
• Source candidates through various channels – job portals, networking, and references.
  
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure smooth hiring.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 2

  to 6 years

  in IT or Non-IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good understanding of various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
