Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with strong technical understanding and proven experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for technical roles across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle for IT and technical positions.

• Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

• Must Have strong pool of the candidates.

• Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and match them with job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

• Ensure timely closures of assigned positions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, roles, and terminologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
• Proficiency with sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
