Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented Technical Lead to lead our technology vision and serve as a key client interface. The ideal candidate will actively participate in client meetings, understand technical and business requirements in real-time, and translate those into actionable proposals and solutions. This role demands excellent communication, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive the companys technology roadmap while aligning with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technology representative during client meetings and calls, understanding their business goals and technical requirements.
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable plans and communicate them to internal development teams.
• Prepare and deliver PUC (Proof of Concept) documents, technical proposals, and solution architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( business development, delivery, and engineering) to design scalable and feasible technical solutions.
• Develop commercial/technical proposals, including cost estimation, timelines, and project roadmap.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and advise clients on best-fit solutions.
• Guide the internal tech team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with proposed solutions.
• Represent the company in technical discussions, demos, and presentations during discovery calls.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in client engagement and delivery workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience in client-facing roles, preferably in an IT services or consulting company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Proven experience in preparing technical proposals, documentation, and PUCs.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide clients toward optimal solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience working with international clients across different time zones.
• Exposure to multiple domains such as Gen AI, Agentic AI, Salesforce, SAP, Custom App Development, etc.
• Industry experience preferred: Banking/Fintech, E-commerce, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Software Development, Telecom, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and modern tech stacks.
