Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who can lead and manage cross-functional AI-driven projects involving cloud infrastructure and software engineering. You will interface directly with clients to gather requirements, plan deliverables, and ensure smooth and timely execution. This role requires someone assertive, technically hands-on, and capable of engaging in intelligent discussions around the opportunities—and limitations—of AI, especially Gen AI. Responsibilities Own end-to-end project management for AI/ML initiatives involving cloud deployment and software integration Lead requirement analysis, effort estimation, sprint planning, and delivery execution Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, project updates, and scope alignment Facilitate technical discussions with internal engineering, data science, and DevOps teams Anticipate risks and dependencies, mitigate blockers, and ensure project timelines are met Evaluate and communicate the realistic potential and limitations of Gen AI solutions Advocate best practices in AI deployment, MLOps, and cloud architecture Manage project documentation, KPIs, and periodic reporting Draft and review technical proposals and solution documents for POCs and full-scale projects Requirements 6–10 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in managing AI or software engineering projects Prior hands-on coding background (preferably in Python or similar), with strong technical literacy across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Deep understanding of AI/ML development cycles, including Gen AI and model deployment Strong experience in Agile delivery and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, etc. Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to push back or advocate as needed Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives for successful project execution Passion for continuous learning and staying current with the latest tech trends Preferred Qualifications Exposure to MLOps or deploying LLM-based solutions at scale Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or cloud (e.g., GCP Professional) Experience in working with public sector or enterprise clients in India Show more Show less
