Job Title: Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with a process-driven, quality-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and QA engineers to align project activities with strategic goals.
• Develop effort estimations for new and changing requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks with effective mitigation strategies.
• Guide teams through development, ensuring adherence to established systems and quality standards.
• Assign tasks, manage escalations, and maintain project momentum.
• Track and report on project progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Foster open communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure team alignment.
• Coordinate with clients to track milestones and manage expectations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in IT with a track record of managing complex technical projects.
• Strong QA background with experience in managing testing efforts and ensuring product quality.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive decision-making.
• Experience in leading and motivating project teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
• Solid technical background, comfortable reading code, but not required to write it.
