Job Description

Lead and manage multiple complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource needs.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and work proactively to mitigate them.
Track project performance and report on progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews in Agile environments.
Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible.
Support change management and ensure smooth transitions to production/deployment.
