Job Description

  • Technical Project Management:
  • Lead the development of domain controllers, infotainment systems, and instrument clusters for Indian and global customers in both passenger and commercial segments.
  • Manage all project phases from acquisition and planning to series implementation, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
  • Strong experience in cluster/ IVI/ Infotainment/ Climate control
  • Customer Interface:
  • Act as the primary technical interface for customers, handling technical agreements, project execution, and product support.
  • Coordinate technical discussions and ensure that customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team to meet project goals.
  • Facilitate colloration and generate new business opportunities across India and other international markets.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the complete management of display systems, including software, hardware, and mechanical aspects, from sales evaluation to series production.
  • Ensure the timely release of technically mature products following material lifecycle processes.
  • Technical Maturity & Development Coordination:
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the technical maturity of products, working closely with development departments.
  • Serve as the interface between product development and production to ensure seamless industrialization.
  • Progress and Issue Resolution:
  • Control and monitor project progress, ensuring traceability of customer requirements through specialist disciplines and testing areas.
  • Address and resolve change requests, risk management, and issue escalation, impacting project timing, budget, and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, from hardware deployment to software development and production integration.
  • Organize and moderate meetings, workshops, and subject-specific discussions to align teams and stakeholders.
  • Change Management and Status Reporting:
  • Manage change requests, risk assessments, and ensure project updates are communicated clearly to executive management through reports and meetings.
  • Track and report project statuses through regular briefings and electronic reports.
  • Project Lifecycle Management:
  • Lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that objectives related to stakeholder expectations, budget, quality, and timelines are met.
  • Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
