🚀 We’re Hiring | Technical Project Manager – P&C Insurance - FTE

📍 Location: Pune (Hybrid)

🕒 Shift: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM

📅 Noitce Period : immediate joiner

🧠 Experience: 12–20 years (with 4+ years handling large, multi-revenue projects)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong development background and hands-on Agile expertise to lead high-impact projects in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Drive Agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Remove impediments and ensure smooth project delivery

Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog

Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)

Ensure alignment between business goals and technical deliverables

Promote continuous improvement and Agile adoption across teams

✅ Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in P&C Insurance (Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration)

Proven track record managing large teams and high-revenue projects

Solid understanding of Agile frameworks

Hands-on experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps

Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with distributed/onshore–offshore teams

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

CSM / SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification

Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe)

Knowledge of insurance regulatory & compliance standards
