Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects while effectively managing teams, timelines, and client communications. Technical understanding is essential to ensure clear communication between development teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for software and IT-related projects
• Understand client requirements and translate them into detailed technical deliverables
• Coordinate with development, design, QA, and operations teams
• Monitor project progress and handle risks or delays proactively
• Manage client communication, status updates, and expectations
• Conduct regular team meetings and sprint reviews
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within scope and budget
• Track project KPIs and performance metrics
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 4+ years of experience in project management in a technical environment
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Technical background (e.g., in web/app development, system architecture, or DevOps)
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Certification like PMP, Scrum Master, or similar is a plus
