Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Take ownership of the complete project lifecycle,

including detailed planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget

control.

• Client Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary operational point of

contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded

throughout the project. Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication.

• Vendor Management and Negotiation: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors

to secure the best possible pricing, quality, and service. Build strong vendor

relationships to ensure reliable and efficient project execution.

• On-Site Supervision and Execution: Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring

smooth execution, adherence to safety regulations, quality control, and timely delivery.

Lead and manage on-site teams and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Budget Control and Profitability: Manage project budgets effectively, track

expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial targets while maximizing

profitability and achieving or exceeding target Gross Profit (GP) margins.

• Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential project risks,

develop and implement mitigation strategies, and resolve any operational challenges

that may arise during the project lifecycle.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project

documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, contracts, and handover forms.

Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders.

• Process Improvement and Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational

processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency in project delivery.
