Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver software projects with a strong understanding of both technology and project management principles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java / Spring Boot / React.js ecosystems, along with proven expertise in managing agile teams, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in project management.
• Strong technical background in Java / Spring Boot / React.js / RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience managing Agile / Scrum software development projects.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to plan, track, and deliver milestones.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical tasks and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups under Agile methodology.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and proactively drive resolutions.
• Ensure technical best practices, code quality, and deployment readiness.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project metrics, prepare status reports, and present progress updates to leadership.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to drive productivity and ownership.

Good to Have

• PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.
• Exposure to Microservices architecture, Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), or containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Experience in enterprise software or product-based environments.
