Technical Project Manager III

As an Agile Project Manager at Zinnia Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects or programs within the technology organization. You will partner with the product team and cross-functional software engineering teams to ensure value delivery for stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and overseeing multiple technology projects aligned with the overall timeline - Supporting dependency management processes - Exhibiting exceptional organizational skills - Facilitating and adhering to PMO governance - Leading and managing projects at an executive level - Developing project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation - Managing project teams and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant experience - 8+ years managing technology projects - Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks - Strong problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies Additional Details: Zinnia is the leading technology platform for accelerating life and annuities growth, with over $180 billion in assets under administration, serving 100+ carrier clients, 2500 distributors and partners, and over 2 million policyholders.
