About the Role

- We are looking for a dynamic and AI-savvy individual to join our core team as a Program Manager. This is a multi-faceted role that sits at the heart of our operations, communications, and growth.

- You will be instrumental in scaling The Gen Academy by managing our educational programs, nurturing our vibrant community, and expanding our digital footprint.

- The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is passionate about both AI and education and is excited to grow with us. This role is also ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Development & Program Coordination:

Prepare learning materials, support instructors during sessions, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all participants.

Assist in the planning, coordination, and end-to-end execution of our AI workshops and bootcamps.

- Community Management & Growth:

Serve as the primary moderator and champion for The Gen Academy's online community.

Foster a collaborative and engaging environment by initiating discussions, answering queries, and sharing valuable resources.

Develop and execute strategies to grow our community base and increase member engagement.

Create, schedule, and publish compelling content that showcases our programs, student successes, industry insights, and brand values.

- Operations & Communications:

Handle inbound correspondence via email and other channels, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries from prospective students, partners, and the community.

Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the academy.

- Business Development:

Support the founding team by identifying and researching potential collaboration opportunities with universities, corporations, and tech communities.

Assist with outreach, nurturing leads, and building lasting partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- A solid understanding of core concepts in AI, Machine Learning, and particularly Generative AI.

- Foundational coding proficiency in Python.

- A quick learner with a demonstrated ability to master new software and digital tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
