Technical Program Manager – Marketing Technology

Location:-Pune

Experience:-

· 7+ years of experience in managing technical programs or projects in collaboration with product-based companies.

· Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Launch, Target, AEM) and integration with CRM/automation platforms.

• Skills

· Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, demand generation, and lead lifecycle management.

· Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs that drive measurable business impact.

· Ability to manage dependencies, evaluate risks, and influence decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.

· Comfortable working in globally distributed teams with multiple stakeholders.

· Ability to manage ambiguity, make trade-offs, and solve problems creatively under pressure.

Nice to Have

· Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, or similar) and lead enrichment tools.

· Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and customer data platforms (CDPs).

· Technical knowledge of web technologies (React, APIs, SDKs).

· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic MarTech programs with clear scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.

· Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs while ensuring ROI and scalability.

· Coordinate with engineering teams and external partners as needed.

· Oversee acceptance of program scope (tasks, deliverables, resources, timelines) and ensure smooth delivery.

• Governance & Communication

· Maintain frequent and clear communication with all stakeholders, including status reports, risks, KPIs, and executive presentations.

· Define and track KPIs to measure program success; drive continuous improvement.

· Handle change requests, resource allocation, and scope adjustments proactively.

• Process & Collaboration

· Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

· Identify and implement process improvements to remove bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.

· Prepare and maintain governance artifacts and internal documentation
