Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end GenAI solution design, development, and integration.
Guide prompt engineering, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment workflows.
Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices.
Collaborate with architects and PMs to shape solution roadmaps.
Own performance benchmarking, scalability, and reuse across solutions.
Requirements:
Deep expertise in building GenAI/LLM-based apps.
Strong hands-on with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, prompt tuning, and vector stores.
Experience with MLOps, API integration, and observability tools.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex AI solutions.
Stay current with AI trends and tools.
