Program/Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex programs/projects, preferably within the tech industry, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets, with a focus on efficient resource allocation and cost control. • Communication and Influence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships across diverse teams and geographies. • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and solve complex problems. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in creating and maintaining project artifacts and documentation. • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Leadership and Initiative: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion. • Cross-Geo Collaboration: Experience in managing communications and relationships across different geographies and time zones, with cultural sensitivity and awareness. Knowledge in Commerce is preferred, especially if one has experience in Contract Life Cycle Management, Billing, Deal, Order, or Cash Management.
