Technical Program Manager, Analytics and Insights

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will utilize your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and effectively communicate with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives and discussing technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. - Lead complex analytics initiatives by identifying critical problems, proposing solutions, and driving them to fruition. - Build credibility with stakeholders by acting as a strategic thought partner and showcasing exceptional communication skills to advocate for data-driven insights. - Simplify complex business questions with impactful visualizations and frameworks, utilizing AI to deliver advanced insights. - Shape the direction and guide associated engineering and data infrastructure efforts, providing mentorship to enhance data quality, tools, and methodologies to scale the team's impact. - Address technically and organizationally complex challenges in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong quantitative and leadership skills. - Develop cross-domain business metrics and dashboards for leadership to offer insights, trend analyses, and strategic indicators. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in strategy, stakeholder management, change management, working cross-functionally, and developing narratives. - 10 years of experience using analytics and data science to solve product or business problems in a program or engineering management role (Preferred). - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects (Preferred). - Experience establishing methods, tools, and process improvements with demonstrated expertise in organizational change management (Preferred). - Excellent business acumen and investigative skills, with the ability to identify and frame complex business problems that can be addressed with data-driven solutions (Preferred). - Interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends, with applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation (Preferred).,
