Technical Product Specialist and Application Delivery

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to on premise and cloud-based applications and services in a timely manner. Conduct basic investigation and follow standards to resolve or escalate. Monitor systems to optimize.

Provides support for production & non-production environments to ensure smooth applicationPerforms complex troubleshooting.Works to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup.Monitors system performance and health.Works on root cause analysis and problem management to address underlying technical issues.Articulates ideas and demonstrates a willingness to bring new ideas to the team.Works in a project-based environment using project management practices including schedule management, status reporting, and communicates project risks and issues.Builds and maintains dashboards.Collaborates with business, operations, application development, and Engineering stakeholders.Monitors changes to applications and their operating environment.Analyzes any complex issues.Documents technical specifications and helps maintain detailed records of system configurations.Develops, executes, and maintains automated solutions.May review and execute SQL scripts.Stays updated with industry trends and best practices in technologies and tools.Good team player and willing to work in Shifts.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

•A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is required.•At least 5 years of experience in applications support or production environments is necessary; experience in the securities or financial services industry is beneficial.Proficiency in Linux/Unix & windows environments along with good working understanding of SQL & Unix commands.(prefer to have scripting knowledge)Familiarity with Software Configuration Management (SDLC process)..Familiarity with CI/CD processes.Knowledge of SQL and Database.Knowledge of software testing methodologies including QA, UAT, and smoke testing.Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management..
