Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Operations Lead

with hands-on expertise in

Node.js

, server-side frameworks, and backend system integration. The ideal candidate will lead technical operations, ensure smooth backend services, integrate multiple databases, and enforce security and compliance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage backend development operations using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
Ensure robust and scalable server-side applications for multiple integrated systems.
Apply asynchronous programming patterns efficiently and handle concurrency issues.
Integrate databases (MySQL, DB2, Oracle, or equivalent) and multiple data sources into cohesive backend systems.
Implement user authentication, authorization, and secure access controls across platforms.
Collaborate with front-end teams to support HTML5, CSS3, and server-side templating integration.
Implement messaging systems (Kafka or similar) and ensure seamless communication between services.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend processes, ensuring security compliance and high availability.
