Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager located in Bhopal. The Technical Manager will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, manage a team of technicians and experts, and ensure all testing and consultancy services meet national and international standards. Responsibilities include project management, providing technical support, conducting R&D, and ensuring quality assurance. The manager will also maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and provide timely and transparent reporting to clients.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D) expertise
• Proven Team Management and Project Management skills
• Experience in providing Technical Support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the construction and infrastructure industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
