The Technical Manager will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, manage a team of technicians and experts, and ensure all testing and consultancy services meet national and international standards. Responsibilities include project management, providing technical support, conducting R&D, and ensuring quality assurance. The manager will also maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and provide timely and transparent reporting to clients. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D) expertise Proven Team Management and Project Management skills Experience in providing Technical Support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience in the construction and infrastructure industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
