Purpose of the Job

ABIs Ten Principles

Business Environment & KPIs

Business Goals:
Meet VILC ZBB, achieve VPO ZEPP targets, maintain quality KPIs, and ensure timely delivery.
Main KPIs:
Energy & water consumption, heat loss, production cost performance, fixed asset utilization, safety metrics, environmental compliance, food safety, and VPO excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental laws, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Quality & Food Safety:
Address nonconformities, prevent quality incidents, and maintain HACCP standards.
Operational Excellence:
Lead 5S, MCRS, PDCA, and root-cause analysis to achieve KPIs.
People Management:
Develop training plans, manage performance, succession planning, and talent development.
Maintenance & Projects:
Optimize maintenance costs, ensure timely service delivery, and manage fixed asset projects per SLA/RACI.
Continuous Improvement:
Apply VPO tools to control KPIs, challenge targets, and enhance performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience:

2+ years in energy flow management, equipment maintenance, or capital project management.
1+ year if management trainee experience.

Technical Knowledge:

VPO pillars (management, quality, safety, inventory, maintenance).
ABI culture, performance management, HACCP, environmental regulations.

Professional Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
High responsibility, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
Team building, negotiation, and continuous learning.
Proficiency in at least one foreign language.
