Technical Leader

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the automation/data analytics requirements from the business and coordinating with developers for technical/functional assistance. Your role will involve estimating the business value for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Create and design or structure the data architecture in a standard environment database/data lake/cloud (GCP) with data security. - Structure large sets of data into an easy and scalable format. - Perform data integration and normalization on master data, including creation, updates, deletion, or cleansing. - Develop technical codes to convert business logics into data wrangling algorithms and tabulations. - Find technical solutions to resolve problems in an analytical manner. - Transfer business data into real-time visualization. - Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business decisions. - Create visually enhanced dashboards with predictive analysis by producing real-time data refresh. - Provide continuous monitoring and maintenance for delivered products. - Follow organization standards, maintain, and track good documentation for daily transformations. - Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate regular updates. - Convert actions into the value of delivery. Qualifications Required: - Strong technical expertise in data architecture, database management, and data security. - Proficiency in data integration, normalization, and data wrangling. - Experience in developing technical codes and algorithms for data processing. - Ability to find analytical solutions to technical problems. - Skilled in real-time data visualization and dashboard creation. - Knowledge of establishing KPIs and conducting predictive analysis. - Experience in continuous monitoring and maintenance of data products. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.,
