Key responsibilities 1. Lead and mentor the development team in all aspects of software engineering and technology adoption. 2. Design and implement scalable web application architectures and ensure adherence to best practices. 3. Apply SOLID principles and other clean code methodologies in daily development. 4.Plan, architect, and execute new projects from scratch, ensuring timely delivery and quality. 5. Oversee and refactor existing projects to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to align technical execution with business goals. 7. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence. 8. Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively suggest improvements to the tech stack and processes. Required skills & Qualification 1. 6+ years of professional software development experience. 2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks. 3. Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, Next.js. 4. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. 5. Solid understanding of web application architecture, API design, and microservices. 6. Experience in project planning, estimation, and execution. 7. Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices. 8. Proven ability to lead teams, guide technical decisions, and manage delivery. 9. Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities. Nice to Have : 1. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. 2. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). 3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
