  US IT hiring and VMS-based recruitment delivery

• Manage and oversee daily recruitment operations through

  Beeline VMS

  , including requisition management, candidate submissions, and compliance tracking.
• Partner with delivery managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
• Drive end-to-end hiring lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Ensure recruitment KPIs are met (submittals, interviews, closures, TAT, quality of hire).
• Implement

  data-driven recruitment strategies

  and performance dashboards.
• Manage relationships with

  clients, MSP partners, and vendors

  , ensuring high service quality and SLA adherence.
• Identify and attract top IT talent through proactive sourcing using

  job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

• Work with leadership on

  process optimization, automation, and use of recruitment analytics tools.
