Job Description

Technical Lead SAP PLM/MDG/Workflow/MM/BRF+/ABAP

Experience:

Technical Lead SAP PLM/MDG/MM/Workflow/BRF+/ABAP

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and SAP MM/MDG implementation aligned with business needs.
Configure and manage SAP MM processes: Purchasing, Inventory Mgmt, Invoice Verification, and module integrations (FI/CO, SD, PP).
Design and configure MDG data models (Material/Vendor/Customer), workflows, UI models, and replication frameworks.
Implement and manage BRF+ rules, decision tables, validations, and workflow routing.
Translate functional requirements into technical specs for ABAP/Fiori/workflow developments.
Ensure smooth integration between SAP MDG, ERP (ECC/S/4HANA), and external systems.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and quality benchmarks.
Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years
of SAP implementation experience with
3+ years
in a Technical/Functional Lead role.
Strong expertise in
SAP MM
configuration and integrations.
Hands-on experience in
SAP MDG
(Material domain preferred).
Advanced proficiency in
SAP BRF+
, workflow integration, and rule modeling.
Solid understanding of
ABAP
, debugging, enhancements, and data dictionary.
Exposure to
SAP S/4HANA
and
Fiori/UI5
is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Certifications (MDG/MM/BRF+).
Experience in SAP Workflow, PLM, and integrations with external systems.
Experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments.
